	18th Annual Antique Fair

	Sunday, August 24, 2008 10:00 am ~ 5:00 pm Veterans' Park, Westwood

The Annual Antique Fair was first organized by the members of the Westwood Heritage Society in 1991 as a modest event (attracting approximately 20 local area dealers and crafters) with the purpose of raising part of the funds that would be needed to support the Society's various activities in the Borough during the next year. Since its humble beginning, the Fair has grown into an annual late Summer 'must attend' event in the Pascack Valley, featuring more than 90 dealers from the tri-state region and drawing thousands of people to the Borough of Westwood. In addition to the antique collectables offered for sale by the professional dealers, the Fair also features an appraiser's table and several 'local' activities, such as the annual 'Best Apple Pie Contest' and the 'Junktique Table'. The Society also sponsors a refreshment stand, which is ably staffed by 'community spirited' youth of the Borough. The proceeds from the stand are utilized for the Society's activities within the Borough of Westwood. The Fair is held in Veterans' Park, which is located at the west end of the downtown area on Washington Avenue and next to the Westwood Train Station. Driving Directions
