4th Annual
Westwood Pride Day
Sunday, May 18, 2008
      10:00 am ~ 5:00 pm
Veterans' Park, Westwood

The Annual Westwood Pride Day was first organized by the members of the Westwood Heritage Society as a companion event to the Annual Crafters Fair with the purpose of raising the awareness of the Borough's residents about the many volunteer organizations in the community and their achievements and contributions to the 'hometown spirit' of the community.

The initial event that was held in 2005 was widely applauded by members of the community and the participating volunteer organizations.

The Society also sponsors a refreshment stand, which is ably staffed by 'community spirited' youth of the Borough.   The proceeds from the stand are utilized for the Society's activities within the Borough of Westwood.

The Pride Day is held in Veterans' Park, which is located at the west end of the downtown area on Washington Avenue and next to the Westwood Train Station.
