The Westwood Museum, which is located in the Westwood Train Station building, was established in 2002 and held its 'Grand Opening' on Memorial Day 2002.
The Museum serves as an exhibit gallery for the numerous artifacts of Westwood's past and records of its history that have been acquired or compiled by the Society. As noted above, the Museum is open 10:00 a.m. ~ 12:00 p.m. on the second Saturday of every month. During the Saturday Museum hours, in addition to the Gallery's 'rotating' photographic exhibits (See Current Gallery Exhibits below), various artifacts and records from the Society's collection will also be exhibited in the Cheryl J. Todd Gallery. The Cheryl Todd Gallery, which contains the Society's 'rotating' photographic exhibits in eight display cases, also is open Monday ~ Friday, during the normal morning commuting hours.
